No set timeframe but wouldn’t be surprised if he were to just make an announcement sometime soon. Tennessee obviously doesn’t want this dragging out too long and the longer it does the more serious they will have to get about potential backup options. However at this point Tennessee still feels very good about their chances of landing Mann.

It would definitely help their chances, without Mann I would say there’s basically no chance.

I've wondered if this wasn't his play from the time he delayed the announcement. Go all in with the media with a hard "I'm wide open" stance, only to delay it for a week or so just to generate interest by committing seemingly out of nowhere. I felt like that may have been wishful thinking on my part, but maybe there's something to it.
