'18 TN DL Greg Emerson (UT commit 7/3/17)

Don't think he actually ever served in the military...if that's what you are referring to.

He definitely was not a Navy Seal or Marine Sniper as most of the rumors claim.

Much like the rumor of Don Knotts being a Marine Corps DI...not true. I believe he actually served in the Army in WWII. Nurse maybe?

Yeah, he never actually served. My fault.

Don Knotts did serve in the U.S. Army during the latter part of WW II. He was trained as an infantryman, but because of his wacky, but obvious, sense of comedy, was transferred to the Army Special Services and spent his service time in traveling shows entertaining troops here in the USA, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. He was honorably discharged from the army in 1945.

He was also a gunslinger once. Had pretty shaky hands though. Don Knotts that is...not Greg Emerson.

Simonton confirmed Emerson won't be in this weekend because of prom.

Weren't around recently when Bruin reported on Trey Smith forsaking his sacred duties (and one practice) to attend his? :)

The way you describe it, I sure am sorry I wasn't. I think that's a discussion mr bruin should have with Trey in person, make sure he gets the point.
