Someone told me that if you put a penny in a jar every time you have sex the first two years of your marriage, then after that you take a penny out every time you will never empty the jar. I've been married 28 years and I can attest to the truth of this.

I wouldn't get overconfident yet, but a CB from Callahan is a good sign. Say what you want about 247, but Callahan is as conservative as they come yet as reliable as they come with predictions for UT. He doesn't make that call without being very confident.

Peterson and Walker are basically the floor for a good signing day. If we miss on either of them, I think you can objectively call it a disappointing day.

Guys freaking out because we aren’t getting all the 4 and 5 stars need to calm down. Getting one 5 star in Quay Walker, and one that should be a 5 in JJ Peterson is a huge success in the short time Pruitt has been here. Would’ve loved to get Griffin and ITS but let’s face it they are Cali boys and when USC offers it’s always going to be a tough pull. Just like if USC offered an East Tennessee kid he’d be a tough pull for them. In the short time Pruitt has been here and not even coached a game he will have landed Quay Walker, JJ Peterson, Dominick Anderson, Jerome Carvin, Jeremy Banks, etc. that’s a pretty good haul, and he may get even more than that in NSD. He has a lot to sell to that 2019 class especially if next year our team shows the right growth. So the negativity I get, but you gotta keep things in perspective a bit.

well said! if he lands JJ and flips Quay from Bama of all schools...ill be quite happy. any good surprises will be just that

This duo kind of reminds me of AJ Johnson and Maggitt: obviously not as star-studded but close. Both started as frosh too and looked immediately like they belonged.

1. Walker
2. Peterson
3. Gooden
4. Mincey
5. Flowers
6. Davis

Those are the guys I think will sign tomorrow.
These are the toss-ups;
1. Beal
2. Young
3. Grant

Those are the guys I think are the most possible which would be really solid IMO.
