He told coaches he was leaning elsewhere. Their thoughts are that it is Tennessee.

To hopefully fill the spot, they immediately persuaded Florida 4-star OT Richard Gouraige to board plane and come to Auburn for OV this weekend.

Just curious...where would Gouraige likely end up if not Auburn?

Heard it from a friend, who heard a friend who heard from another...

Heard it from a friend who, heard it from a friend who, heard it from a friend you were messing around....

Two quick things, if you go back earlier in the Peterson thread, I stated he does have work to do in the classroom. But so does MOST kids at the point, you have to finish and nothing to worry about yet, fret in May if he hasn’t put in the work or got his score up. Calling him a non-qualifier is premature at best.

On Quay, still a Vol. Keep moving. :hi:

I really don't get these kids. In today's school you have to try to fail. Seriously, like only show up for test days write your name and walk out try.... They would still probably get a D then though

Comeback when you have some cred....otherwise move on.

Pretty much the same type comment I heard over and over again when I said that Georgia was still in it during the Deangelo Gibbs recruitment. Was told I was clueless, to get out, trolling, etc. My daughter went to HS with the kid. You might want to consider the possibility that people who live, work and teach in the communities where these kids live, might know some things. I'm rooting for Peterson to qualify. These kids from small town rural Georgia need every break they can get.

Its not that simple. I would encourage anyone who is interested to go to the NCAA website and read up on the academic requirements. Now imagine a kid from small town rural Georgia with a not so ideal home life, meeting those requirements.

Because Gibbs recruitment flipped when you stole his cousin from us. I assume that's why things were said to you at the point. He was going where he went.

We will get him in now. New AD in town.

I'm thinking we've got Walker.

I could be wrong about this, but it's my understanding that colleges have no part in a recruit's NCAA clearance approval process; i.e., transcripts must be submitted directly to the NCAA by the HS. Getting him admitted to UT is a different story, but NCAA clearance is out of UT's control.

Your use of commas is atrocious

Previewing the last official visit weekend before Signing Day | 247Sports | Steve Wiltfong

"At Georgia, the Bulldogs are bringing in Top247 linebacker Quay Walker, a long-time Alabama commit I believe is more likely to stick with the Crimson Tide or flip to Tennessee as it stands right now. Kirby Smart’s class ranks No. 2 in the country."
