He may have been blowing smoke but I point blanked asked him if he'd be ready in the fall and he said yes. I asked him if he'd had his surgery yet and he said no. Didn't want to pry too much so I wished him luck and left him alone.

He sounds like he is either in complete denial or just saying whatever to get on about his day. Otherwise, why wouldn't he have already had surgery if he was planning on returning by the fall? Just really odd... I feel like we may never see him play again.

Edit: Should clarify this is about Hall as folks just jumping into the thread for news on Litaker, who is also injured, will definitely be thrown off.

No I wasnt being snarky, I really didn't know if you were just messin or not. I'm pretty it was reported he had major knee damage requiring another major surgery to repair torn ligaments.

I don’t remember ever seeing that. I remember seeing that he was having serious knee issues that may be career endin, but no specifics. Some knee damage can’t really be repaired. Degenerative knee conditions like Tiny’s, no cartilage left, etc.

I legit don’t know if someone like Hubbs has reported that he needs surgery or that was a Volnation assumption as soon as career threatening knee injury was mentioned.
