The conclusion of a recruiting cycle with national signing day always brings some of our favorite stories. West Virginia offensive tackle Billy Ross was privately committed for a few weeks in July. We actually had the story already done and in the can when things got hectic for him. His father got involved and forced a trip to North Carolina. During that time, Tennessee seemed to cool on him as both sides went in different directions.
