'17' TN ATH Tee Higgins (Clemson commit)

When he was here on OCD he told CBJ and CZA that he was a Vol and that not to worry. Also told several recruits that as well. So after he committed ti Clemson he laughed and said why would he want to go there when he could go to the real WRu. Kind of ticked the coaches off. Like I said bridges are burned

That's so disrespectful. Awful. He'll regret it tho when Watson is gone and they regress

After reading this I believe the grades theory. There is only one WRU and everyone else are impersonators.

Lawrence won't be there for a while. They're going to take a step back without Watson

A while? Higgins is 2017 (so is Brice), and Lawrence is 2018. He'll be there the year after Higgins arrives, and if grade issues are true and JUCO is Higgins' fate, then Lawrence will arrive a year before him. They may take a step back next year, but it won't be a step back to 8-4 every year.

I don't care how good he is, he won't be ready as a freshman. See Eason as an example. I'm talking about the team as a whole. They won't win like they have been without Watson

I don't trust either Brice or Johnson to be near as good as Watson. I think it's going to be around a 9-3 season for them next year.

So..Tee and Cordarrion may both flunk and go juco...if that happens for real, then what will the negabutches have to ***** about in state recruiting? Stevens and Philips? One guy who was never gonna come here, and another they didn't want early?

Will they go 25-2 over the next two years? No, probably not. But I wouldn't consider hypothetically going 22-5 as taking a significant step back. It would be near impossible to keep up their current pace regardless of who the QB is.

The Eason example isn't exactly apples to apples. Eason came in with a new coaching staff and new system. Assuming Dabo stays, Lawrence is coming into a much more stable situation.

True, but Eason was portrayed as a phenom coming in

Even if he did go to Juco still wont be a Vol. To many bridges burned to come back. Tee had his shot and blew it. Also kind laughed in the coaches faces when he did.

Tee is good enough that if he wants in after JUCO the coaches will forgive and forget.

Much worse burned bridges have been repaired.

Bama begs to differ.

Also, Watson was the guy that drove that offense. He is a very clutch player with not only his arm but his legs. Hunter Johnson isn't going to be running for 1100 yards like he did last year. Clemson will have to adjust the scheme to HJ.
