Fisher became the #1 overall pick because of the 1 year he played for Butch? What happened to the UT guys then? We haven't had anyone drafted in 2 years.

How many guys that Butch recruited have graduated? The last two years have been Dooley recruits and you can't make chicken salad out of chicken ****.

We could have had guys go to the draft this year but they decided to stay their senior year and win championships. If you'd get your mind off of Clemson for a while, maybe you'd understand it.

What the hell are you talking about??? I couldn't give an ish less about Clemson. Just trying to have an honest, grown up discussion about where we are recruiting wise with WRs and the current advantage Clemson has over us and what I think they're very likely saying.

Btw, I hope Clemson doesn't win a game this year, loses every one of their top recruits and Tee comes crying to Butch asking for forgiveness and an LOI.

No I hope Butch schedules Clemson for next so we can embarrass the hell out of them. Sick of everyone gushing over Clemson like they're some amazing program.

I'd be more than good with the opportunity to beat Clemson in the near future. But, quite honestly, they currently are one of the top programs in the country. Just the way it is, and acknowledging that fact doesn't qualify for "gushing over them". I've personally never given a second thought to Clemson before this recruiting season tbh and believe Dabo and Freeze are the same guy, not authentic.

It's easy to be one of the best teams in the country when you're head & shoulders above everyone else in your conference which is the ACC. Have you seen their schedule for this year? Florida St. & Auburn are the only two real games that they have. I'd give anything for Tennessee to only play 1 or 2 difficult teams every year. Same thing can be said about the Big 10, average competition. Remember playing Iowa and Northwestern? We embarrassed the hell out of those teams on the field with the talent advantage that Tennessee has. Clemson being in the ACC is like being a big fish in a little pond.

I would think you'd be very proud of the Northwestern win last year, since it was UT's best win.
Also, pretty amusing that a member of the SEC Coastal would complain about anybody else's schedule.
Good luck this year, I think y'all have a puncher's chance at a coastal title.
The bad part is there's a gag gift for winning the coastal, where you get your ears beat off by the SEC champ from the west. At least you get a banner though :thumbsup:

You mean like Alabama? The same team that had to come from behind in the 4th quarter to beat Tennessee on their field? What's sad is you thought you were being witty. Unfortunately if you make ridiculous baseless assumptions you end up looking foolish. Would love to play Clemson this year. Be interesting to see what would happen with a lot of these recruits if Clemson were to get slapped around by a team you feel is inferior to them.

Wtf is coastal? We play in a real league you doosh. Not some coastal nonsense you might be used to. UT would whoop Clemsons ass on the field this fall. Fact.

Wtf are you even talking about? Clemson wouldn't be getting easy wins every week in the SEC like ya'll do in the ACC. We played better against the National Champions "Alabama" at their home field than you did on an neutral site. Must be nice racking up those ACC banners every year considering it's easy as sh*t.

Even little old Ga Tech beat them Tiggers 28-6 a whole two years ago in 2014. Clemson has really been racking up those conference titles lately. After this good run the last few years, how many have they won in the last twenty years? Two since 1992 maybe?

There is so much failure in this post. SEC Coastal? Really? And did you see the Alabama vs Tenn game last year? It was more competitive than the Clemson vs Alabama game to say the least. We actually played some defense and didn't use your dumb a$$ kick coverage formation where you basically concede half of the damn field on returns!
