Robert Meachem played both briefly as a freshman IIRC. Only dressed for a few games in basketball.

Actually the whole visit Bobby was working him on how great UT was and that CBJ was gonna do great things here. Met with CRB briefly. Guys he loves this place he truly does. Talked about playing both sports. Figures will be on football scholarship and then play as a walk on in bball. Gonna try and make down again next weekend if possible

Man that 17 class could be incredible. Higgins, Johnson, and Gibbs are all 5 stars that we have a shot at along with an incredible amount of instate talent. I bet all those guys help pull some other big fish. Just win Butch! It's going to be so easy recruiting when we get back to winning on Saturdays

I wonder if CBJ would allow him to play basketball too? I imagine if CBJ wanted him badly enough he wouldn't have much of a choice if Tee wanted to play both sports. There will be major Power 5 programs out there that would gladly let him play both sports just so they could have him on the football team.

Does anyone know what kind of ranking he has in basketball? I cant find anything on him really. Is he a 2 star, 3 star, 4 star, or what? Maybe the official rankings for 2017 basketball prospects haven't came out yet.

He would let him but very rarely does a kid want to play basketball after a long college football season.

They scrimmaged another team last week. My cousin said his team was holding firm till the last play... Oak Ridge just chucked it up into the end zone, and Higgins swallowed the ball. Said the DB never had a chance
