I lived in Clinton my whole life and spent plenty of time in OR and have NEVER seen seen a wildcat throw up the shocker/Vol hand gesture.

I just texted my cousin, sophomore at oak ridge and on the football team in fact it is something they do at oak ridge. My cousin is literally throwing this up in every picture on his Instagram page.
