I usually don't let myself get caught up in recruiting mishaps because there are a lot of talented kids out there, but this one hurts....bad.

Or the top QB in your class.
Or a better offensive system to play in.
Or a recent track record of receivers in the league.

Ok put Tennessee in the ACC and put Clemson in the SEC. Let's see who'll get more wins.

One thing I have heard about team 120 is how the kids have great character and I believe it. They are still kids but overall they have helped our academic issues with the football team to greatly improve and handle their business well.

voltil and GFW ect are good guys who got info from other recruits and those affiliated with the program. We see Coach Jones treet before the announcement. Put it all together and this kid committed to the staff it seems. Just like Hunter Johnson before him, he lied to the staff and was probably recruiting against us with his last visit just like Johnson since he said his mind was made up after the last Clemson visit. I was brought up to be straight up with people and have integrity because that is all you really have in the end. It is what helps to define good character. i would love to have talent like this but if the above is true, then guys like Kelly Washington do more harm than good for a program. If we win, that is all that matters. I do not like having a liar on my team and Dabo is a liar and cheater and learned from the Bear at how best to do it.

Screw Clemson and yes, Georgia Tech will upset them this year but I hope we fill our class with people that have talent and character. Bad character kills a program as much as lack of talent.

That bland system wears defenses down and gives a chance to play with anyone.

However, it's hubris on Butches part not to put more attention into the passing game. More creativity. Dobbs is an avergae passer... so scheme to make easier throws. We do it for Wolf. But we dont do it for WRs. Why? Because Wolf keeps the middle of the field honest and as we can all see now, we make our living running side to side

Butch wants to burn clock and wear teams down, and you dont do that by throwimg the ball.

Tee was battling with this truth the whole time. He wanted to be a Vol, but our offense is not condusive to his skill set. Its just not.

Sad thing is... we just need to tweak our offense a little bit.
But Butch is very stubborn. Very very stubborn.

Theres nothing wrong with rotating wrs, why? Because they have less wear and tear on them after college. Recruiting +.

But as you said, if we dont feature them... then what does it matter if they are healthy are not.

Depends on who they play. Bama, Ole Miss, LSU, and yes, even UGA would give Clemson all they can handle cause the talent level matches up to Clemson's which in the ACC, it does not. There's a reason why the SEC has more 4*&5*s than any other conference.

Clemson beat the snot out of Oklahoma.

Just like we could have, but our PASSING game was not creative enough.

Clemson would have beaten Florida. Clemson did beat Florida State.
Maybe they even beat Bama the 1st time around.
12-0 or 11-1 is my guess.

Again, that won't happen. So it's pretty easy to see the appeal of a team that is going to be in the national title hunt again this year.

It's a stupid argument to say they aren't a good school.

And I mean beyond stupid.

No way to water this down. Losing Tee hurts a lot. Right in our own backyard and left us for a chode in Dabo. I never really cared about losing Hunter Johnson aka "interception machine", but the fact that all these guys (Johnson, Higgins, and Rodgers) slipped through our hands to Clemson does not look good. Really hoping Maleik is able to have a good performance and turn some heads in Oregon.

For Tee, I think TN lost its appeal bc we were to close. He wants a new and different experience. Best of luck to him as I think he us bound to have a great college career. I hope our fans treat him well and send him off well.

We still have some great talent on offense and there will be more talent to be had in the future.
