Yahoo and 247 links don't list his speed, but his weight at the time was 178 . Wondering what he runs now at his recent listing. Could end up a 220 lb'er. Be nice if he could still be quick

Looks like we are in good shape for him also. We have a CB from Barton Simmons I think. Be awesome if he develops into another Hurd type RB.

One can hope. Buck predicted db for him back when he was smaller. He may outgrow that position if he keeps up this pace.

Go to school and play football with this guy, he likes Tennessee, get him in open field and he will have defenders turned around

"According to his coach, Lavergne (Tenn.) High School athlete Maleik Gray has landed an offer from Florida State. The offer comes after Gray camped at Florida State on Thursday. Currently Gray holds offers from the likes of Tennessee, Ole Miss, Alabama, Georgia and others. His Crystal Ball currently projects Gray to Tennessee but he does have one prediction to Florida State already. The 6-2, 190-pounder could project to safety, wide receiver, linebacker or a number of other positions on the next level."

Who was Malone's cousin that played RB/LB I think it was anywyas. I remember in the game against Hurd, he played pretty well. I was trying to remember if he was a senior last year and if he got any offers to any smaller schools or anything-

2016 we only take Robert Washington at RB leading up to 2017 where we take Maleik Gray and Ty Chandler.

That's how you create an unstoppable assemblage of RB's

I have my doubts he will play RB in college if he's already 6'2. Then again he may be like Hurd

Tennessee High School football is really starting to put out a decent amount of talent year after year. With CBJ most of the top players will stay instate, which is how it should be unlike under Dooley.

Grew up a FSU "fan" but I would bet money he ends up at UT. He has A LOT of Tennessee influence around him.

Biggest name in attendance – 2017 athlete Maleik Gray out of Lavergne is currently ranked as the No. 26 prospect in the country on 247Sports. Gray didn’t stay for the entire event due to a basketball obligation but at 6-2, he was the best looking prospect there from a physical standpoint and it’s easy to see why schools are starting to recruit him primarily as an outside linebacker. Texas A&M may be the next to offer.
