'17 MS RB Cam Akers (FSU commit 12/27)

I think he's probably told both UT and FSU he's committed, which may be the reason for the optimism.

All the crystal ball predictions and visits leads me to believe he's FSU bound.

If he was receiving all these predictions to UT, no one would think FSU had a chance.

Latest from Hubbs...

"We have said throughout his recruitment that Tennessee is in it and that he's closest to Robert Gillespie. Gillespie has done a great job recruit Cam and his family. As we have noted before, Akers last trip to Knoxville in the summer the entire family was in town and was here for multiple days.

I think Ohio State is not a factor. I have said I think it's Tennessee or FSU. I just don't see him at Ole Miss with all that's going on there. I like that FSU is the frontrunner for Richardson because that means to me they don't feel great about Akers.

Tennessee lost some momentum with Akers the last week of the open period, but the Sunday (dead period day) last minute in home by Gillespie was important.

All of that said, Akers isn't talking other than his tweet. He hasn't done any interviews this month."

FSU isn't trending for Richardson. There is only one crystal ball for him to FSU and that was made on 3/7/2015. No FSU sites are even mentioning him.....

Also, FSU offered him in 2015.

Could have one of if not the best offense in the country next year

FIFY..come on guys lets just see what happens. There will be pains with the new QB, unless somebody turns out to be a transcendent type talent, but that should be hoped for, not expected. I think we will have a good offense regardless.

Cam just tweeted "Bron Bron! Cav Nation!"
Cleveland is in Ohio...
Ohio State is a finalist
HE GONE

I think you may have read the signals a bit wrong.

Obviously it's Cleveland and the Cavs are a pro team. The Browns are also in Cleveland.

Cavs > Browns > Haslam > Tennessee Vols. Also, CavNation, clearly a direct link to VolNation.
