You mention this (Cam fav coach being G)and I've seen others say this, but have yet to see where Cam said it and I've looked. Only thing that would pop up is Jimbo as a coach he specifically mentions being the most fond of, even to quote he was hoping LSU hired him. Do you recall whom he may have told that G was his fav? I've tried googling the usual suspects (GV247, VQ). Thanks

I honestly don't know. I've seen it here. Maybe it's not legit

I found a quote where Akers says he has a great relationship with coach G. Another where a VQ mod mentions that he and G are close. But nothing saying G is his best relationship.

Ole Miss class is ranked like, what, 50th in the nation? I just don't see them in this anymore. Cam sure has kept us all guessing though so who knows.

I'm going to bump this just in case I end up being right. I don't make very many prediction's. Although I have to admit I was only about half serious when I posted it. There is no way we turn away Corker or Akers so who knows?

Georgia doesn't have room with Sony and Chubb both returning. it's fsu and ut only.

Mississippi is like a black hole of recruiting. Top recruits rarely leave the state.

Not saying Akers won't leave, but I would not be shocked if he chooses OM

Yeah the injuries definitely had a big hand in that. We still weren't very good at run D to start the year but you have to expect some of that in the beginning because it was a new scheme. And if the Defensive assistants really did have problems and were disagreeing on scheme principals than that didn't help one bit. I think we will be much improved on that side of the ball. I even hope that with Shoop having a few weeks to game plan for this bowl game that we will see some improvement already.
