"Clemson has had a quiet confidence the whole week and haven't wavered on that. I got confident in LSU's chances when he announced the decision coming off his in-home with Canada and O and Juluke, and had scheduled his official visit to LSU for the day after the announcement.
But the more I talk with people, the more I get a bad feeling here. Even LSU side isn't completely confident.
I am going to enter the day with Clemson as my pick. I may be wrong, but my gut tells me this one has flipped to Clemson being the team."

I'd rather him go to Clemson myself just to get him out of the conference even though Clemson seems to have been racking up the last 2-3 years in recruiting.

I hope Etienne goes to LSU. There's a DB (Todd Harris) from LA I hope we can get. He likes Bama and LSU, and LSU may not have room to take Harris unless they miss on higher priorities at other positions.

Oh they mad. If a kid from LA that LSU recruits goes elsewhere, the majority of LSU fans condemn him to hell. But they see nothing wrong with one from another state going to LSU. This was a pretty good post Apparent logic behind Travis Etienne's decision that some are not grasping | TigerDroppings.com on the TD recruiting board, but downvotes > upvotes by more than 2 to 1.

Haha. Yeah, fans will be fans, not sure why people go off the deep end. I think Phillips is getting lots of love from OU fans which makes this look like puppy love in comparison. I think Etienne was a take due to the lack of depth after next year, but you play with what you got. I would expect LSU to try and sign 3 RBs next year and I would not be surprised to see Ducre back at TB. White really isn't an option to return to RB as he is basically the only ILB coming back.

The spots still available is very much in flux as one recruit has a bearing on the other recruit. I think LSU finishes something like this but not 100% on all of them:
- Marvin Wilson (although FSU has put in effort)
- Willie Gay
- Amik Robertson (my diamond in the rough)
- K'Lavon Chaisson

Possible combination of the following:
- Markaviest Bryant
- Justin Harris (LSU hasn't offered but depending how it shakes out he could be a late offer)
- Todd Harris
- Nico Collins
- Phidarian Mathis
- A few other LBs could be in the mix depending how the numbers are

unlikely at this time:
- Devonta Smith

Depending how this week plays out, should be a good class considering the coaching changes.
