I would say that's one writer's opinion. I read it as the failure of the PG position, not just bone.

It may not be his stated philosophy, but he isn't stuck in his ways. He's not using a lot of recruiting resources pursuing the one-and-done high school players, but if one of them approached Barnes about attending UT I doubt that he'd say he's not interested.
