I know lol all this based on some inside info. Let it play out, all the b!thing and moaning in the world isn't gonna change what's gonna happen. This is recruiting, y'all can figure as much. Prob not the last time were gonna lose someone and we will still add players. Butch has closed well let's just let it play out.

We have 8 CB/NB on the roster for next year including the commits. Develop them.

Recruiting is just not gonna be great until the wins on the field add up. I just don't expect a lot between now and next December as far as recruiting. If he breaks through the ceiling then commits from more big time players will follow. If he doesn't then he will be receiving a monthly buyout check and we will hire again.

You're right, that is the bottom line so no need for us to freak out. It will play out over the next year.

Of course they are, back to earlier convo from USC. Didn't want, wasn't a take, hired his coach/gf/uncle, it may be true but that's recruiting in today's world. At least offering a scholly is above the table.

That's what I'm saying. The talent is there in the secondary. Corker isn't gonna be the guy to save the day. Time to coach up what we've got. Excited to see who is gonna be coaching dbs for us.

People kill me who mention losing a recruiting battle to Kentucky and blaming it on the staff. If that rumor is true then it's all on Corker not our staff. Plus you cannot pick and choose which recruits you want to say that about, using that logic Butch is better than Saban because we got Smith. Just let it play out people.

perhaps Butch will hire a DB coach that will teach our guys to turn their head on a deep ball. Breakerboy had my hopes up they way he talked up Wille, but he hasn't impressed at all. Heck, Cam has even regressed.

We have young talent on the back end, it just needs to be developed. If y'all were expecting a three star guy to come in and change our woes at CB you're delusional. A COACH needs to fix those things, you never wanna lean on a TF to make or break your secondary. Not in the SEC unless your bama and every CB you bring in is 5* and top 3 at his position.
