I'd say we drop Lewis & get Thompson for 2017. If not, we're stuck with basically no QB from the 2017 class. I don't think Butch is going to keep C.J. Lewis now especially since he doesn't even start for his high school team now.

Tennessee continues to look for another quarterback as it looks more and more like CJ Lewis won't be a part of Tennessee's plans moving forward. Bubba Thompson is still the top quarterback on Tennessee's 2017 board and that race just became even more interesting as Ole Miss offered him this week, too.

There could be more quarterback names pop on the board so that's something we're going to continue to watch.

Agreed if baseball wasn't a factor. Tenn doesn't have great luck with the MLB draft.

Obviously it'll depend on baseball. Can't fault the kid if he feels he has a better future in baseball and wants to pursue that right now.

Agreed but that unknown for football goes all the way up until mid July. I would prefer another QB if they are out there even though I love this kids Potenial.
