I dont mean to dis this kid, not my intention, but do we really have to have a qb this cycle so much that we have to go after a baseball dude? This reminds me of the volley ball player a few years ago that we brought in as tight end.

Well, he is just now getting film out to schools. He didn't have film before. Coaches saw the mid-season highlights and knew he was good. He ain't Woody Quinn lol

If either Dormady or Jones transfers after spring we could be looking at only 2 scholarship QBs next year

I'm not comparing the two players. It just seems like a desperation move. Do we have to take a qb thus cycle? Even if we lose QD to transfer, we have SJ.

Watch his film. This kid has got an arm. Seems to be just flat out good in every sport he plays in. Its been reported that QD is leaving after this year. I think that changes everything. I think we better take two QB's this next recruiting class.

Most reports aren't overwhelmingly exciting on SK. Great teammate is all anyone says...

I'm purely going off memory, so I may be wrong, but I don't recall any report saying he is pushing QD or JG. At all. We definitely need another option there, especially if QD is leaving. I'm a firm believer it is critical to get a QB every class anyways.

Well the AK threw me off but I get what you're saying. But would he be better as an upper classman as this seemingly athletically gifted but raw talent?

Fortenberry said he is going to OV here. He is definitely interested. He has picked up offers from Troy, WKU, and UCF. Southern Cal is looking at him now.
Tore his labrum his sophomore year and missed his JR year because of it.

His HUDL video looks weird. The sideline views look sped up, but the POV views look real time.

Anyone else see it, or am I just seeing things? :dunno:

Holy crap lock this kid up ASAP before recruitment gets wild. He might just give Guarantano and Dormady a run for their money as a freshman. Canon and can fly

You guys know me I dont know much about HS football so I always ask. What kind of competition does he play against in Alabama?
