Yea i am not buying it if "cockiness" is the word being used to describe thig. Especially when the competing coach is Muschamp, lol.

If anything, the staff cooled on him after the Hart commit if we are truly taking just one backer. This is purely IMO

Is Bituli a lesser TN No. 1 than Hurd, Richmond? Star-wise they are. Impactful? Probably. As big of a need when compared to those two? Definitely. I guess if there was a year in the past three to let the No. 1 get away it might be this year. Hate seeing the state's top prospect not wearing orange but Coaches know best.

I feel ya. But entirely possible the rankings change a good bit between now and signing day.

Always three sides to a story after all.

I was told he likes everything else about UT. Isn't his brother at UT currently? I think that helps.

Don't think I've ever heard of a RECRUIT thinking a COACH is too cocky.

Can't see us telling the top player in the state to look around. That being said, LB isn't a need for us at all this class and we just took Hart....but just can't see telling him to go elsewhere, would seem to be more his decision to look elsewhere IMO.

I have never heard Tommy Thigpen called arrogant before or ever known a recruit to complain about him. Most recruits rave about him. That sounds like a story that originated from either an Auburn fan or someone affiliated with them who might be bitter at Thig or who may just wish he was still there. I don't buy it.
