'16 TN F John Fulkerson (UT commit 11/6/15)

I like admiral, just don't see him contributing much at Tennessee.

Really think it depends on his attitude. If he develops the Maymon killer instincts he could be valuable. going to have the girth.
Especially with Jabari shrinking to 6-5 207 this season. See new roster on utsports.:)

That's interesting, I wonder if this is a strategy of the new staff, or is this actual heights and weights for the first time ever? Alexander at 6'9"? Hubbs at 6'4"? Punter 6'2"? Kasongo 6'8"?

It really seems like everyone is listed about 2" too short?

May be the first time they used NBA height (w/o shoes).

When I checked the Texas web site, as I noted in another thread, a few days ago, I only looked the last two years but the basketball roster did not list heights and weights not even when I went to the individual bios. I wonder if this is a step in that direction and next year our roster Will not list heights and weights?

Maybe people will start to realize the potential...

@fulkerson_john: Just got my first ACC offer from Clemson University! #GoTigers http://t.co/YCofueFmbs

And he's to be congratulated for the offer, but Clemson is 68-61 with no NCAAs in the last four years and might have the weakest roster in the ACC having recruited three top 150 players in that time.

The complaint was he didn't have any power 5 or HM offers, now that he gets one we are going to critique it, will you be dissatisfied until Duke of North Carolina offers? Or would Fulkerson holding out til spring, when teams are desperate and he picks up 10-15 HM offers all of a sudden he becomes a take in your opinion?

My stance has stayed the same, if in a 5-7 man class Fulkerson is the least highly regarded prospect we take in perfectly fine with that. As I've already addressed even Pearl's great classes had some lower tier guys, whether they were fallbacks or not is irrelevant, that's who filled out the class.

I mean, Clemson isn't a big name basketball school. But congratulations to him.

It's a bigger named school than any offer you hold, no? I would guarantee if Clemson offered you in basketball you'd be singing from the rooftop, yet this kid works hard which according to you is all it takes to make the NBA, and you wanna downplay his near 20 D1 offers? Not jealous are you?

As far as Clemson being a big name, whether you want to admit this or not, which I already know you won't, Tennessee's history is not all that much better.

This does legitimize him as a HM prospect. I think the staff would like to know what Jenkins is doing before accepting a commit from Fulkerson. I don't know if we are slow playing him, but you may run the chance of missing out on both like we have so many times in the past (most recently JW3 and Nichols).

No, Tennessee isn't a big name basketball school. They will be under Barnes though. I'm not jealous, because I know the hard work it takes. I'm proud of him. Not a big fan of his game, but I respect him and wouldn't be angry one bit if he commited, wouldn't be ecstatic either though.

Yet you campaign for the PG with only an offer from Hampton, that's an odd world you live in DB.
