wtf about Alabama makes literally every guy want to go there. I mean I know they win a lot but dang so does OSU Oregon Florida state and more. It's almost unfair the talent they have to work with year in and year out. What's their chances of landing the number 1 class again this year? Haven't kept up with anyone else really recruiting wise except us.

I am putting this on here in hopes I will be proved wrong. IMO Warrior pulls a Von Bell on National Signing day

Bell was promised a championship run sooner at OSU(didn't get lied to either). What negative recruiting can you do against us here now? There's nothing they can say.

Predictions like this boggle my mind.

Do you really believe you'll get props for this if after the fact your horrible prediction becomes true?

Given those 4 choices I'd go to Alabama as well.

Can't discount the prospect of playing in the sec. That helps Alabama vis-a-vis the other big name programs. Also better weather. Who wants to play in the cold of big 10 country?

Most big name recruits crave playing time first and foremost and Bama usually doesn't get those guys. For those willing to wait, they are right now the best choice.

1. You'll always be in the national spotlight.

2. When you eventually start, you'll probably be drafted ahead of a similarly talented player based on the greater attention.

It really isn't that irrational for many big name recruits to continue going to Alabama.

I love how some of you think this guy is a UT lock. The 247 article on him today does not even mention UT. It only talks about Bama.:eek:hmy::cray:

I don't know which 247 article you are referring to but the one I just read entitled (Warrior's mom: early playing time a key) that was posted just 12 hours ago not only mentions that he is Dale Carter's son (a former Tenn legend) but also mentions that he is projected to go to Tennessee by AuburnUndercover. It also mentions that Tennessee is his last visit. Granted, Warrior has been tight lipped but Tennessee is absolutely mentioned in every article I have ever read on him. Geez.

Only an article that is biased in favor of another school would not mention that Tennessee is favored here... which would not surprise me from a Bama writer but read the article I just cited.

Also, read the article FoxSports.com just put up 11 hours ago entitled "One factor stands out when it comes to recruitment of Nigel Warrior". In that article, Alabama is not even mentioned at all. His mom, Tangie Warrior, is quoted where she says that Auburn stands out as having an immediate need at his position but Tennessee is also mentioned for having to replace two safeties and it's said that it appears he might "follow in his father's footsteps". Tennessee is mentioned throughout the article.

If you aren't seeing articles about Nigel Warrior where Tennessee is prominently mentioned then you simply are not trying very hard to find them.

Reuben Foster and Desean Hand both went to Bama. Pretty sure they were #1 overall players on some sites. Cam Robinson also way up there.

Huh??? Your answer to why top recruits continue to go to Bama is those guys don't go to Bama?? How in the world do they find themselves at or near the top of the rating boards year after year?

If I was you, I'd be editing this nonsense pdq...

The article I read was titled "Saban Stands out to mother of elite DB". It never mentions UT.It's on 247Sports this morning.

I believe this one is locked up. Just look at the lack of offers going out to safeties and it seems pretty clear that he's a silent. With two senior safeties graduating you would think more offers would be going out if this one wasn't already in the bag. I guess the staff could be all in on Warrior or bust but I just don't see it.
