I strongly believe we've lost this one to Bama. No quotes...no inside stuff. Just watching our respective teams and imagining which one a top prospect would gear towards. They physically STOMPED LSU and made Fournette look insignificant. JMO
How cool would it be to pair up Evan Berry & Nigel Warrior as part of a rotation back there next season? Bloodlines run deep with those two in Eric Berry & Dale Carter. Would be cool to see those two follow suit, together.
I think I heard the announcers right that Bama was able to rotate two nose tackles throughout the game who have very little to no mileage this year because of all the spread teams they've played. That had to be a huge advantage to have fresh 330-pounders,
Bloodlines will run deep in the whole defense. McKenzie, Bates, TKjr, Berry, and possibly Warrior. These guys' fathers were all good players.
Then, you add Tuttle, Butcher, JRM, and Griffin, whose fathers were all D1 players. It really is unbelievable the bloodlines on our team.
Good grief I think that's more than enough defeatism in this thread. And all of it founded on nothing more than Bama whipping LSU, no quotes from the visit, not even any 247 crystal balls, just that. We went toe to toe with them dudes at their place and UT has plenty going for it in regards to Warrior's recruitment as well. Come on, man.

Hardman is still the #1 most important recruit in the 2016 class for us IMO. I think he's got Christian Kirk potential. That type of speedy slot receiver would make our offense unstoppable.
He's the missing piece to making us a playoff team in 2016.

Why would that make a difference? We've played Bama, they didn't do us like LSU. We're passing LSU talent wise too. They've got a lot of athletes but our team looks better on the field.
Our D def looked better against Bama than LSU's did FWIWOur DEFENSE looks better than LSU's? I don't agree. You watch two games...one is a dominant performance against an undefeated team with a Heisman contender...the other a nail biter against a team whose coach left em mid season. With no allegiance, who do you gravitate towards? All things being equal. Warrior most likely starts at either program almost out the gate, so it's a matter of who's going to do what faster ...Bama's already there...once again, I think we lose this one.
We just have the better offense to beat Bama. LSU still has better talent and depth I think.
