the fly rush secondary played lockdown defense on thursday, and nigel warrior was the best of the bunch. Warrior gets the nod first because of his instinctive ability to track the ball down and position himself well to make plays on intermediate and deep routes. Warrior had four interceptions and 13 pass breakups on the day, anticipating routes and taking great angles to close passing windows. Schools like georgia, alabama, tennessee, and ohio state are lining up for the u.s. Army all-american.

At what point do some of this big time hs safetys look at our depth chart aND say you know what it will be a while before I get to play.Especially with Berry,Tk,and Gaulden all being sophomores.Plus big Steve they signed this year.I mean seriously do you think Joe Juan or Warrior will beat any of these guys out.You can't just assume TK and E Berry will go pro after their jr.year either.Both are legacies and may stay the full 4 years.Just some random thoughts to ponder.

Yes, I think they would. You might be overrating Berry and Gaulden just a bit. My concern with Warrior is that we really don't know how much his dad is a part of his life much less his decision on where to go to college. McKenzie, Bates, Creamer and TK Sr. were all front and center in their son's recruitment. That doesn't appear to be the case with Dale Carter.

Not a problem at all... That's just normal depth at any good team. Figure in a redshirt and it's no big deal.

Losing programs worry about the impact of landing "too much talent ". The great ones land those recruits...and the next ones...and the next ones. :aggressive:
