'16 GA ATH Kyle Davis

SEC teams ranked by all time 1st round receivers.

1. Tennessee 11
2. Florida 6
3. LSU 6
4. Alabama 2
5. Arkansas 2
6. Auburn 2
7. Georgia 2
8. South Carolina 2
9. Kentucky 1
10. Mississippi State 1
11. Missouri 1
12. Texas A&M 1
T13. Ole Miss 0
T13. Vanderbilt 0

Current Vols WRs in the NFL are Justin Hunter (852 yards, 7 TDs in 2 seasons) , Robert Meachem (2,914 yards, 27 TDs in 8 seasons) , Denarius Moore (2,169 yards, 17 TDs in 4 seasons), and Corderrelle Patterson (853 yards, 5 TDs in 2 seasons). That's not even including rushing stats, which Patterson has a lot of. If you include TEs, we have put Luke Stoker (298 yards in 2 seasons), Michael Rivera (941 yards, 8 TDs in 2 seasons), and Jason Witten (10,502 yards, 57 TDs in 12 seasons) into the league. This isn't including non pass catchers such as Peyton, Arian Foster, and EB.

We were, are, and will continue to be (with North, Pearson, Pig, Malone, Williams, etc.) WRU and no SEC school even comes close.

Vanderbilt lol

Damn Ole Miss hasn't had a 1st round WR drafted? Lol. Laquon Treadwell is a future 1st rounder though right?

You forgot a few like Mohammed Massaquoi and Tavarres King. And you're laughing at guys like Hastings and Brown yet you probably want to thump your chest over an Alvin Harper or Robert Meacham who haven't had any better careers than those guys.

Dude you're comparing TK to Robert Meachem? How many passes has he caught in his NFL "career" compared to Meachem? That's laughable. Didn't he just get waived by the Jaguars? Gimme a break, man.

Meachem was a very solid 3 receiver, and probably could have been a great 2 receiver, but the Saints spread that ball around. Everyone got their number called

I think ESPN does as well. Rivals is the only dummies that have him low. They are giving him the Preston Williams treatment. If your not some quick shifty WR rivals thinks you aren't great

Woody who.covers the SE for Rivals said they haven't seen it on the field yet. He's elite in camp and 7 on 7 setting not on Friday nights.

UGA Poster on 247 said he doesn't even live with his father and Davis pretty much said he (the father) doesn't know anything.

Just off top of my head.
Willie Gault
Carl Pickens
Alvin Harper
Cedric Wilson
Tim Mcgee
Donte Stallworth
Anthony Morgan
Peerless Price
Robert Meachem
Kelly Washington
Anthony Miller
Anthony Hancock
Stanley Morgan

And a lot of other guys like J Kent and M Nash who had very good collegiate careers.

Cat, you do come off as a Dawg fan more often than not. It's nearly every day that you're in some thread banging the Georgia drum. This is the first you've been called on it. Not trying to start an argument especially with the situation occurring with your grandma, but just saying.

I hope your family is doing ok. I'm sure this board gives you a mental break from that situation.

Naw, I Hurd that catbone prefers the Chubb, but he is torn because he feels that he should want the Gurley more. Terrible internal struggle going on there. He is intrigued by the Young Kamara situation...strangely drawn in and wants to see the Kamara move if you know what I mean.!?
:)

Seriously, catbone, hope things are okay for you and your family in this tough time.

Man, with Preston Williams on one end and Davis on the other this offense could be filthy-good. Defenses can't afford to double-team either one, or you'll get chewed up and spit out by the other. Malone will be an upper- classman...so that would be 3 ALL-SEC level WR's for db's to have to contend with.

I like the thought of this! Then there is still the possibility of Mecole Hardeman and Freddie McSwain! We're gonna be destroying defenses! I'm so hyped for the future!
