'16 FL CB Tyler Byrd (UT Commit 2/2/16)

I love silly season, but I am always glad when it's over too.

All the whiners will crawl back off into whatever dark corner they hide in and we can get back to doing what we do.......whatever it is....that we do....here....when they are not here...I'm starting to wonder now.....because I've forgotten the point I was actually trying to make.....so if you want you can stop reading my post now. I won't be offended, and in all actuality I may continue this for a few more sentences without any real purpose. I'm doing this in an attempt to get myself back on to the point I was going for, but it really isn't working so well, so I'm about to give up.........ahhh screw it

Cam to Saftey would be stupid unless it was just one specific coverage package. You need a great tackler at Saftey as last line of defense to erase the play. Cam is great but tackling is his weaker spot

Almost every year, we are in the final hunt for 5-6 of these type guys. And if lucky, we sign two from that group. That is success. The idea that we go 5 for 5 with highly ranked, toss up, players is extremely unrealistic.

I agree, 4 of 5 is much more realistic

I look forward to Wednesday so we can Know who is going to be a Vol and who is not. The ones that did not want to participate...... well, we did not need them anyway. Being a Vol is more than being on a team, it is a Mindset built on Tradition, we want guys that want to be part of the family.

Welcome to whomever comes, Go Vols!

Should be exciting. Looks like Bama will close very strong as usual.

Yes, I know, I now Reside in Alabama, so I must endure the ranking structure. I am not certain as to how many openings Bama has for new recruits, but as usual SaTan pulls them in. This is where my "Man crush" of Peyton comes into play, if he were to come to Tennessee to help coach it would be BYE BYE SaTan with his recruiting dominance.:dance2:

They have about 5 247 5 Stars in play with 4 pretty much wrapped up according to the CBs. They may finish number 1 again but LSU has some good ones that could commit as well.

Byrd is still technically a Miami commit. It's probably best if we don't trash the school (if we're still in this bizarro scenario where he's actually reading this site). It doesn't matter what a Miami board is saying about us lol.

My biggest complaint is really that you guys have beat that Missouri joke to death though. It's over, let it go.

Lol. Ignore it.
