Saw an article yesterday that said his father had been travelling and would sign when he returned. Doesn't seem like a big deal.

Not sure why it is that way but the NCAA has a 21 years of age clause for the LI.

So 18 is plenty old to sign and go to war but the NCAA doesn't think you are mature enough to sign a LOI until you are 21! I swear I can't handle all of the stupidity.
