'15 WI DT Kahlil McKenzie (UT Signee 2/4/15)

Someone needs to offer Yukon Butch a contract as our secondary mascot for the big home games. All he needs to do is maintain an extremely burly appearance and sport nothing but Vol attire. He needs nothing more. His presence alone may guide us to victory during close games.

That's child's play. You can lose up to a pound a day average and not have any long term damage. If the weight is there to lose then it'll come off. 2-4 a week is hilarious to tell the truth......

When i drank water all
day added protein, and more grain to my diet added with 8 hours of sleep.

Oh and ran twice a day.

I lost 20 lbs in 15 days and increased my bench press in the process.

Only carbs i ate were in the morning

Someone who weighs 354 lbs can lose a lot quicker than someone who weighs 185 lbs and needs to lose a few.

I remember some of our O-line coming in out of shape and they would lose 25lbs first week of two a days.

one thing with the weight loss is that any conditioning program he gets into will be building strength back in his legs too. more muscle, will offset the weight loss to some extent.

i do agree with the overall sentiment that Khalil 20-30lbs lighter and in good shape is scary.

you still dont get what he is talking about...
I'll take 6-1 for a $1000 Alex...

Personally, I do not think that Bama will be able to make it to the SEC championship game three out of the four years that KM is at UT. So 5-1 would be my prediction. After the regular season one point loss to Bama; in the SEC championship that year will include an epic beat down of Bama by Tennessee! :salute:

Of course in the SEC CG, KM will log a 4-0 record. :)

Looking at KMack I noticed immediately that he could be in much better shape. You can tell he's extremely talented. I'd love to see him with a great S&C coach this Winter/Spring before he gets here. He could be similar to Okla Tommie Harris impact wise as a freshman DT.

That's one crazy SOB. Had a nightmare that Rob Ford and Gary Busey were trying to kill me one night.

Rob Ford counters the fat burning effects from crack by countering with the munchies from all the hippie lettuce he smokes... its a win/win for Rob...

Eat less but more frequently 6-7 small meals. Protein in everyone one good carbs like sweet potatoes around works outs. Hiit cardio is always good and he will be fine.

If a person is largely overweight, sure. If not you are going to start cutting into muscle loss and that's the truth.

Pound a day is a 3500 calorie deficit daily. You'd have to be obese to sustain something like that long term.

Or lose a ton of water weight by dehydrating yourself.
