You honestly gotta go back to Henderson/Haynesworth before we had a DT that was just outright mean on the field and abused linemen like that.

McKenzie/Settle would be a disgusting 1-2 punch at DT.

Just echoing the rest of y'all...it is so freaking awesome to think of the potential of this year's D-line haul. Kahlil appears so darn strong and he hasn't even played his senior year yet. That is what is so impressive to me. Total domination.

When he wanted to, Haynesworth was more disruptive. Those two are the only comparisons I can come up with, but it's only based on sheer destruction. Henderson and Haynesworth had a few inches on him, which may actually help Kahlil to get more leverage.

I can just imagine how shocked that OLineman was when McKenzie bullrushed him lol. To be 300 lbs and getting throw around like a rag doll like that must be kind of deflating.

Does anyone think there is any other player in this class who is better at their own position than McKenzie is at his? Anyone think there is a better DL than McKenzie in this class?

If not, that would make him the best overall, correct?

With the d-line we are going to have by 2016 we won't need DB's or LB's.
McKenzie, Settle, Butcher,Philips, and D.J. who would you double team? I mean very soon QBs will hate to see orange and white coming, rbs will fake injuries, and OCs will call in sick to the game

Preston Williams is tops at his position and just about as dominating.

So, would you consider McKenzie & P. Williams as #1  overall?

Not sure if I'd go that far, but those two alone impressive in one class. It's hard to believe what this class has the potential to look like on NSD! I think we end up in the top 3.

And you're not even including 2014 recruits that are already in the fold like Hendrix, Barnett, Henderson, J. Johnson, Moseley, Sawyers, Mixon and Robertson... who should all be monsters by then. Add in some explosive senior leadership like Cory Vereen? Ooooohh.

At this pace, it won't be long til we're at next man up level.

Settle projects at a 1 tech, with mckenzie at a 3? I'd guess so considering mckenzie is 2 inches taller.
