Is it his size thats holding the offers back?

Most likely. Plus if he's considered a system QB in HS, schools are going to want to see him live at camp before offering.

Gentry is the QB I'm really liking right now as far as Tennessee goes. You have to think Gibson and Stidham are longshots, and Lock is a lock for Mizzou.

Strange.

236-of-316 passes for 3,148 yards, 31 touchdowns against only 7 interceptions.

^ Those are some nice stats

A composite 4*, #262 composite and 0 offers.

Is it his size thats holding the offers back?

He has only been rated by 247 so its not really a composite. I like the kids film though and hope we land him and Gentry.

So has it even been confirmed if the UT coaches are recruiting this kid? I had not seen it posted if the staff had visited him. I know he does not have an offer as of now. Is the 1 CB prediction to the Vols the only thing supporting him even being an option for a 2015 QB for UT?

Reminds me a lot of Manziel. Want this kid big time. Great arm, quick feet, and amazing speed. Perfect for our system.

Got a CB prediction to texas today. Also the guy who had CB'ed him to Tennessee a while back, switched his prediction to texas.

The thing is I was told that elite offer lists were the major measure of success at the collegiate level. Talent, hard work and coaching have very little to do with it.

It's definitely a good tool to gauge talent, but I'm sure some coaching, talent, and work ethic are needed for success and growth, lol.

Lol, i feel like that is a joke but I'm not sure.

You would think so but no. I have argued before that offer lists are not that important. That talent, hard work and coaching are much more important when considering success at the college level. I was told I was dumb for thinking that.
