'15 TN OT Drew Richmond (UT Signee 2/4/15)

I think Richmond will end up starting at RT by the time the season starts. Feel very confident in it too!

Most people say your best OT should protect the QB blind side, which is LT for right-handed QB, but for a right-handed QB that throws very well rolling out, I would put my best OT at RT so QB is not rolling into a DE rush and is naturally rolling away from your weaker OT's side.

I don't do cleans at all these days. I'm too old for them.
I am 48 BB and last time I did them my traps and shoulders ached for a week. You are correct in having your kids do them. You can really see some gains in the kids doing only the big 4.

I've never really been much of one for Power Cleans. The HST workout I do incorporates Squats and deadlifts heavily as well as some of the other great compound workouts.

Until you run a bootleg.
