Look for Brick Haley to leave with Chavis to aTM. Both were Phillips main recruiters.With Phillips being a early enrollee he will need to make a quick decision hoping UT is still under consideration.

LSU is stiffing Chavis with a clause in his contract extension that says they only owe him for 6 months if the head coach leaves. Sounds like Hart shared the Cuonzo Martin contract extension clause with LSU. I wonder if it included a business card from a local moving company?

Kyle keeps going back and forth with UT-LSU. This weekend LSU surged but last night Vols were surging. He likes LSU but the distance is a big factor. OM is not giving up. This one is hard to call.

I believe it's a safe assumption that coaches would prefer to have more experience in the program than less. That doesn't mean they can control it, unless they're cutting kids, which I don't think they're doing, especially not with the FR. It also doesn't mean I think Butch and Co has failed by not retaining them. They know what it takes to win in this league; evidence by the caliber of players they're recruiting and bringing in.

I'm not arguing depth isn't important. I'm arguing that these kids are transferring because of their so called reasons. None of them were starters, nor saw much playing time, or would in the future. They saw the writing on the wall.

We can build depth with the next classes. This isn't detrimental at all.

From what I can tell on Twitter Kirkland and McKenzie are letting him have it about the Big Orange. And if the Chavis rumours are true(hope it becomes official early) I like the Vols chances in this one. I don't care what Ugo tweets.
