“(Tennessee assistant)Coach (Tommy) Thigpen is recruiting me. The coaching staff has impressed me," he said.

“I grew up a*Florida*Gators fan and hope to hear from them soon,” he said. “They’re still my favorite and I would like to get down there for a camp.”

This fall, Morhead said he would like to go see games at*Virginia,*Virginia Tech, Tennessee,*East Carolina*and North Carolina.

Last season on offense, Morehead caught 30 passes for 516 yards and six touchdowns, rushed 19 times for 64 yards and a score, and completed four of his seven pass attempts. Defensively, he recorded 41 tackles, two interceptions and eight pass breakups playing in the secondary.
