I like this one better than the Beyonce Photoshop job. It may be appealing to the younger crowd (I'm 25) but, just seemed like they were trying to hard with that one.

Someone needs to send Beyoncé season tickets for her and her entourage. Would be a good recruiting tool if she attended even one game.

I'm sure UT has looked at it, but my guess is the fact that it is a parody (a reasonable person wouldn't believe that Beyonce was actually involved) and there is no profit motive (UT isn't selling these images on T-shirts, etc.) would provide a defense to any copyright/trademark action.

Not sure either, but if they are not trying to make a profit
with it I don't see how it would be illegal. If it is done to "get the attention" of someone that's not for profit.

More or less. The fair use test generally isn't applied to the right of publicity but since it was a private communication and no profit was involved it should be fine. The photographer might have something to say, though, depending on where they got that picture.

We need some media representation. I am sick of seeing Fla,Ga., Alabama and Ohio Sucks alums on every sports channel that is known too man.Makes me wanna puke every time I turn on the TV.

really dont care what joey galloway thinks...forgot he was still with ESPN. They are taking it way too serious. Shy liked it so it doesnt matter. Its not as big a deal as these outlets are making it. Gotta have a story though i guess.

This was a freaking brilliant recruiting tactic!!!!

It's in our Atlanta newpaper this morning..... pissed some UGA people off.... now y'all know that just made my day :eek:lol::eek:lol::eek:lol: Whatever happens with recruit... Tennessee will standout in his mind forever because of this.
