Moore is Dooley level bad. He’s a clown. Going to the Oklahoma fans and trying to get them to be louder pregame and then look like a damn corpse the rest of the game and showing zero emotion or talking to zero players. Hopefully Manuel realizes he made a mistake and cans him when they go 6-6

I would really think the cheating would be enough to fire him for cause.

5 star QB went to Michigan for the money, but will soon learn he should have made a decision based on offensive coaching....of which Michigan has none.

I'm glad OU won.........especially because I think Mich should have the death penalty at this point (granted Im bias for them knocking us out of the playoffs......plus the fact that Moore can "pick his game suspensions" just boggle my mind.)

But is it me or did Kirk and Reese make EVERY excuse in the book as to why Michigan just lost? Is ESPN the mouthpiece for the BIG XXVIII? Not saying they hate us, yadda, yadda........but I feel like the promotion for BIG X like they're encouraging more viewership or fan ship for these teams.............idk, crazy to me.

It’s because Kirk’s kid plays for Michigan and not wanting to be critical

Also ESPN has zero contract with the Big 10. All their ties are with the SEC. They are literally an SEC mouthpiece

Michigan coming off a national championship and handing the program to sherrone Moore is comically bad.
They were cheating. They got caught and went right back to where they were before cheating. No one should blame Moore for only accomplishing what Harbaugh and every other coach has performed at Michigan.

Did Michigan even do a coaching search after Harbaugh left? If memory serves, as soon as Harbaugh left (which was so telegraphed - they had so much time to do a search if they wanted to), they named him HC.

That was surprising that a job that big just handed the reigns to an assistant, but I guess it did work out well for OU post-Stoops and ND post-Kelly.

No. Harbaugh told Manuel that Moore was his predecessor and Manuel agreed to it. It was done within like 3 days.

THey went the Ohio State route but Ryan Day had a lot more going for him than Sherrone Moore, although to be fair Moore beat OSU when Harbaugh was suspended in the national championship year and then again last year.

Ohio St is also one of those few "good no matter who the coach is" programs. They've had a lot of good coaches over the years, but I also think there are structural things about that job (gigantic university, only major program in a fairly high population state, major institutional support, largest fanbase in CFB, etc.) that keep them from ever going through true down periods.

If you throw out the year where they had Luke Fickell as interim HC after they had to fire Tressel, they haven't had a losing season since 1988 and they've only had 2 losing seasons since 1966. That is absolutely astonishing.
