Kelly is more suited to come in and play immediately, which I assume is more important right now to the staff than maybe the better overall talent. He has nice quickness and vision but he's more of a straight ahead guy.

I personally prefer Love out of the two. Elite speed and I think he's a better fit for this offense and he's very versatile as well. Could be a great PR and KR guy and also very effective in the slot or catching the ball out of the backfield.

I love the left field guys that no one has talked about. You know the ones that are good but flip from someone else. Those are the best.

Every one of those guys is capable of taking snaps at RB. Besides, if we were in fact DESPERATE at RB, then Reid would not have been told to explore options.

#1. Pig Howard is not a RB.
#2 Neither Berry is a RB.
#3 Abernathy barely pplayed last year and will only be around for 1 year.
#4 Perry is a slot receiver
#5 Bruce may start at RB, but he will ultimately be a DB
#6 Bussey has still not been medically cleared to workout or practice.

Your putting alot of faith in Hurd and Kamara to hold down a very critical spot.

I've been a big fan of Lewis since last year, I don't know if he will be a RB but he is a heck of an athlete. Id love to get Lewis. I don't know a whole lot about Kelly, people seem to think he has potential. Maybe we like him better because he is a pure RB but I'd take Lewis for sure.

It's much, much warmer here and both programs are on the rise. Lots of similarities between our coaches. Both are players coaches but also have that Bill Cowher face when it needs to be put on.

I still wouldn't be surprised to see him pull a Derrick Green and go Michigan.

Being said, him NOT committing to UT would almost guarantee that Lewis is a lock.

At one point, the only way we were going to pull Kelly is if we hit a grand slam with his family.

Hot diggity, this staff is good.

Van's mom is just... an exception.
