Post 1000! Long time for me to get there, lol!
Franklin (Reisterstown, Md.) offensive lineman Patrick Allen tweeted Friday night that he has decommitted from Georgia. The 6-foot-5, 293 pound tackle committed to the Bulldogs in August, but took all five of his official visits to Tennessee, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Michigan and Georgia. Allen planned to make a final announcement at the Semper Fi All-American game on Sunday, January 4 with Georgia being the favorite to hold on to the four-star talent. But Allen's commitment became shaky when former UGA assistants Mike Bobo and Will Friend left to take the Head Coach and offensive coordinator jobs at Colorado State.
Tennessee is the favorite to land Allen now that he has opend his recruitment. He is rated as the 278th overall prospect and as the 30th offensive tackle in the country by the industry generated 247Sports composite.
