I have learned not to get the least bit excited about any recruit that posters say are vols .over the last four years they have been wrong 75 % of the time.this year alone most on volnation said that ramsey and hatcher were all vol and look at them in the pac 12 at usc.

Very true! And this is probably more realistic than all 3 of them going to UT; however, I do believe that at least JRM will be a Vol (could be wrong...wouldn't be the first or last time). I am hoping that we can get at least Kamara or Henry...would love both, but that's probably a pipe dream at this point. If we were coming off of a 9-3 season or so, then it wouldn't be. Just trying to stay positive for the board, since we have lost a couple that we all thought would be Vols.

I keep seeing people talk about having a great season but I believe it was BB that posted that will be rewarded in the 2014 not the 2013 class. It might help UT with players that have high interest in UT and that are uncommitted come Jan but I believe any player that commits before the season will stay where they are committed. So if Kamara, Henry, or anyone else commits now to UT gets them if not they go elsewhere.

Also you guys need to remember alot of schools UT is competing with for recruits are filling up and there is always players that have a great senior year that fly under the radar until fall. TJ Yeldon did not have a firm offer from UA until his senior season was almost over.

I agree, but go back and read my post. I said if we were coming off of a 9-3 season (was meaning for the 2011 season), then I feel that getting both AK and DH wouldn't be a pipe dream. However, since we are coming off of a 5-7 season, then it probably is.

Who said Jalen was all vol? I don't remeber anybody feeling good about him going anywhere but USC for a while now. I'll give u Hatcher tho, a lot of poepoe thought we led for him. The only person whom I believe actually has connections on here is skeeter.

Also hearing he loved it there. With that said and momma Croom teaching him about numbers, FSU has no shot. UT or UGA IMO.

a short time ago brice ramsey threw a pass to kamara at the gridiron kings in the ot of a game. if he visited it wasn't very long. he also had an interview earlier today as well about his recruitment. he said he was going to commit i believe in september in that interview.

That's actually great news for the Vols!!! If he likes what he sees, then I like our chances even more. I'm guessing he announces after Florida game...start the season 3-0 and it may solidify his feelings for UT. Let's hope so!

he said he wants to get out to bama and uga 1 more time before the season starts.. he is going to take all 5 officials even if he commits in early september.

I think him putting it off till September is good for the Vols. It does not mean he is a Vol. But, is a sign that he likes the Vols alot and I think he wants to see how they handle the running game. Also, a good start will help everyone to know that Dooley is making progress on the field. Need to start very well. 1-2 will not cut it for recruits or the fan base.
