AK doesn't run track..... I don't really know if they're any good or not... Croomster just did it to keep his speed and to stay in shape. I wouldn't say that there was any development from track. Jason has NFL coaches /trainers outside of Norcross, so hard to say.

I forget his times, they're somewhere on the internet. FAST;;;; he has a bunch of metals from track on his wall and he went to state meets.

Gotcha. The reason I asked was because a good and competent track coach can help an athlete improve both quickness and acceleration. It would be scary if Alvin did this.

This new baby avi scares me with the seven post and all of them has us getting everybody we want. We thought the real one was too positive and the new one makes him look like a nega vol. I don't trust the new baby. The new one may in up in the corner!
