No matter what happens with Alvin recruiting is about building relationships as you know. I think you are doing an outstanding job giving this young man the opportunity to build it here and not putting pressure on him. Thanks for being a great mentor and VOL

If I'm not mistaken, Alvin has moved way up in the updated 247 rankings. Seems like he was a 90 when original rankings came out, and now he is a 95. My memory could be fooling me though.

And that's what really matters to me. Jason and Alvin are so tight... i really didn't need to do anything. What is being drilled in his head is to wait it out and dont make committments on the spot to anybody, and give him some factors to consider before he pulls the trigger. take his process down to the wire. Build true relationships not just somebody on your phone talking aobut how they can use you, because that's EXACTLY what their intent will be.. USE U UP......

He should be a 5* by the time the season starts. He has invites to all the elite camps and invites to All-American games. He's a shoe in where-ever he chooses. I'm going to give my baby some guidelines to follow through this process.

Jason is my favorite recruit, not only because MZTERRY is the bomb, but I seen where Alvin tweeted something about UF and Jason responded.. I DO NOT APPROVE. Haha already in the UT mindset.

Yeah what about green? Thought we were after him as well. Man would love to have Alvin on board. Seems like a great kid.

it's waaaayyy too early to begin assuming how's coming for sure or not. Wait and watch who shows up during the season, and ya'll be careful on making assumptions. You don't know who's watchin the kids threads right now. This is the MOST sensitive time. TRUST ME!

agreed, the last thing thing we need is a freakout with name calling just cause the kid is taking a bunch of visits. alot of relationship building time to come...


That being said, Alvin, take your time young man, but I hope you're on board the vol train! :loco::loco:
