Land Tuttle.

Fine result here, though I do think Jones ruins some quarterbacks as a Nole.

I wish him nothing but the best. He's a great talent, but I'm happy to see Tennessee return to recruiting awesome HS DL. I'd much prefer 3 years minimum out of Tuttle than one year out of Jones.

This without a doubt. I wanted Jones, when it did not appear Butch could get Tuttle. That seems to have changed. Always prefer quality HS talent unless there is major hole to fill.

NSD flip, but AFTER UT gets the LOIs from Tuttle, Dalton, and Sweat...McKenzie knows already :)

Jones was supposed to commit to bama then do the NSD flip. But then the Jones (Butch and DJ) realized that bammers are crazy enough to seek retribution off the field. :hi:

So is there anything on VQ, 247 or Scout regarding him taking OVs? Just saw where he said he is in Columbia, SC on an OV. I wonder if he gives us an official.

Lol! They ALWAYS end up at one of the Miss schools. We will see a 30 on 30 show one day telling of the shadiness that happened between the Miss JUCO schools and Ole Miss/Miss St.

I agree, but that 1 year out of Jones could help us land more Tuttle's down the road.

But I want Tuttle too.....call me greedy. :)

This. Most of them don't have the grades to attend a school out of that state. Ole Miss actually signed one a few years back who couldn't even read.

Probably grades factor in to this also. The Mississippi schools along with LSU have the lowest entrance requirements for athletes. The SEC office calls it the Shyrone Carey rule
