Just glad he isn't in the sec. If we are in on a big prospect and end up losing him, I would prefer him to go outside of the sec or at least to the west so we don't play them every year.

If our conversations he said that Tennessee had been with him all the way through and he has named Tennessee his leader and was anxious to get back up here for a visit.

I'm sure FSU hammered to him that Tennessee doesn't have room for him citing all the commitments the Vols have. I think Jones is a guy Tennessee likes but if Sawyers, Barnett, Hendrix are all inside guys and they are getting McKenizie, Quay, and feel solid about where they are with Tuttle that's six tackles in two years and FSU also told Jones he wouldn't get as much PT in Knoxville.

Those are just theories. We will talk to Jones and see what happened with the Vols.

I am surprised he went ahead and committed today, I thought he would take his official visits before deciding something.

With him and Tennessee, I don't think they were aggressively pursuing him as much as they once were from what I've heard in asking around about him this morning.

It's kinda funny that a team that just won the national title is using our depth chart to negative recruit us. Everyone is recognizing that Tennessee is about to be back in a major way!
