chavis leaving LSU is big. It's got to be hard to recruit against him when your pitching a heavy tradition that he helped build. Those were his defenses at TN with those big name guys and that is why we were having trouble with him getting so involved with those 3 guys. There was no real comeback for that. The names of guys Chavis has put in NFL is pretty ridiculous.

I don't profess to be a football guru on x's and o's but I have to believe JRM will still be a mainstay at the linebacker position for a while before someone unseats him. He spent a lot of time in the opponent's backfield this year and other than AJ had more tackles than anyone else. jmo
