Yes rivals has him rated higher. Not trying to bash the kid at all, but spots are limited, and relative to this class he is on the lower end of the ratings. Was simply making a point I thought had merit.

I despise OSU, but they're about to play in the National Championship. If he's good enough for OSU, he's good enough to play here.

If a recruit is still visiting other schools, then I believe the staff assumes he is no longer committed. It's no coincidence that they ramp up interest in other recruits once a kid starts visiting other schools. They can't afford to wait. Boulware, like other recruits we've seen, is playing a risky game. He could be recruited over in one phone call.

I like this kid but if we have to let him go to take Allen then I am good with that. Allen is more of a LT prospect and plays with a mean streak as well.

But if we miss on all three, we screwed...again.

We need to keep every OL commit we have and add the tackles if possible. We have to have people with some potential to develop. We don't want freshman starting. Boulware has potential at guard AND right tackle. People need to chill on this kid because we need him bad. Stop looking at stars and rankings. This whole forum is turning into a bunch of little Nationdom minions.

I would like to have both of those prospects committed and locked in before losing one of the other prospects. JMO.

We're not really hurting at Guard as bad as you guys seem to think. I would love to hang on to this guy, but if we could swap him for another OT, that's totally fine in my book.

Other than Allen, do we really have a shot at another OT? Maybe a slim shot at St Louis but after that ?
