I honestly think we will eat there secondary alive. I did not think calls were tjst bad last night my only question is when they r mas blitzing off the edge why would u not throw a ton of slants 2 step drop and sling it

That's what I'm saying...our OC doesn't know how to use the middle of the field, doesn't know how to beat an edge blitz that came almost every single pass play, and doesn't know how to stick with something that's working. Hurd was going ham in the 4th quarter and we took the ball out of his hands when we could have scored and been within 10 points with 11 minutes to play. Makes no sense! We didn't call one draw play the whole night to slow down the pass rush, except the fake swing pass/draw to Hurd that went for a huge gain! They would have pulled back on the reins, if we would have run a few draw plays to attack their edge rush.

So I agree with what u r saying and if they are blitzing why not one step drop and fire or 2 step drop. We Don't have any slants in playbook I don't guess but if u blazed my ass every play with 2 or more people someone somewhere should be open and I gonna have out qb hands quick and make u pay. I sure they would slowed blitz down. Also if our oline is struggling like they are why would u not came up with a tone of quick drop plays in off season to help the line and offense by receiving pressure of having to hold Bal so long

I agree a hunert %. Also, I don't think our O-line coach knows how to teach a cut block. Very effective against speed rushers and creates throwing lanes in the quick passing game. I would have been cutting them all night.
