And don't forget we have players of Gibsons talent wanting to commit every year. We have more 5* players than Alabama so we can totally afford to turn a top 15 player away.

Just for reference, Peyton Manning as a passer in college.

Read the thread, I have no interest in going back and reposting all the posts where I have gave my opinions. Let's just say I have seen ALOT of HS kids line up and play QB in HS and it just does not translate well to college. Now his own HS is considering playing him at WR in favor of a QB who may transfer in. That alone would be red flag city to me. Competing in camps, "issues" at school. Will he even be at the same HS for his SR year? As I've said, I'd pass.

Like Xavier Lee. A dual threat qb that couldn't figure out how to be a passer not a thrower. Right now, TG is a thrower, he has to become a passer if he wants to take snaps here at UT.

I don't think I ever said that at all. You can run with it though. IMO he will be the best passer in the class. With our weapons on the outside, I do think it helps set him up to do well right away.

That is something you will see a lot of on here. A lot of fans would trade a bust later, as long as the *'s count for the class today.

Agreed, it seems like he's hiding something that he hopes no other coach sees. His high school coach sees it hence the position change by his high school coach.

It's "cool" to stargaze, but Larry Coker got fired by Miami by doing that.
