Totally agree AC, although actually I question if he ever did play d-1 ball. Anyone can put anything on the ol interwebz. I think he is a middle aged man who buys sports magazines and studies recruiting websites to make himself seem like he knows what he is talking about.

LSU did tell him they would "change the offense" for him. With them taking the other DT QB already for 2015, maybe they plan to change the offense anyway. The kid already committed to LSU is not very highly ranked, but does look like he throws it pretty well.

A few quotes and answers from a football recruiting Q & A from the moderator of Auburn's Rivals.com website AuburnSports.com. It would appear that Auburn has already given up on landing Torrance Gibson. Pretty strong words from their writers. This is nothing but optimistic news for TN football fans. I would presume that Auburn has possibly heard that T.Gibson is a silent to UT and that is their reason for these statements. Either way, Auburn stepping out of the T.Gibson race can't be anything but good for TN's chances.

There are so many domino pieces that have to play out, but I just don't see Torrance Gibson coming to Auburn.

I hope that CBJ has something extraordinary up his sleeve. I hope all these guys like TG and McKinze start commting and we blow up college football. Every network, magzine, newspaper and website cant help from talking about the vols. I am hoping that CBJ has a master plan......I believe!
