Yeah I completely agree with your assessment of TG and Francois. I will say that FSU is making a major mistake by pushing for Locksley and holding off on Francois. That kid has got a cannon attached to his shoulder imo.


Edit- BTW, I'll take your WR bet that you gave me the other day. North/Malone vs Coates/Duke. :hi:

I won't complain at all if that happens. I don't hate Auburn like some do but that's because I wasn't old enough to see UT/AU play annually. The way I see it is the enemy of my enemy is my friend. Obviously, we haven't done **** against Bama in years so I take a little too much satisfaction when Auburn beats that Bammer arse :lol:

Well, UT will be back on an even playing field soon as long as we keep recruiting like we are. I yearn for the day when we finally beat Bama again. I really don't know what I'll do lol.

And you could've swore Tennessee just won the SEC Championship judging by my reaction when Davis took that missed FG to the house.

I don't care whose playin bammer, I'm a fan of that team on the day they play them. A bammer loss is almost as good as a TN win in my book.

I remember our receivers in CP and white lightening making alleged 1st round draft pick Dave Amerson look like a confused goof when we played NCST. The receivers we have now are off the charts in terms of talent. All we need is a serviceable QB that can make accurate passes and they will go beast mode...a great QB will be crazy good!

Our top 3 of North, Malone, and Pearson will even make any our current QBs look pretty awesome.

North is the only proven WR the Vols have. Croom was ok last year but has a chance to take a big step. Tennessee has tons of potential at WR and has the most upside but with proven players, the Vols are not at the top.

I see this thread has derailed, so I'll play along. I understand national pundits having our WR corps down a list of rankings because they largely rank based what has just happened rather than what will happen. Next year I expect our WR's to be ranked at the top, after they ball out this year. This is why preseason rankings are stupid. Nothing should be ranked until at least 3 games have been played.
