Underrated player. Has a nice swim move and is very shifty on the defensive line. He seems like a guy who could have an immediate impact.

First off, Marques Ford is very excited about being here. He got the call about two weeks ago that he would be at this event. He will be working with Shy Tuttle and Andrew Butcher on Team Armour and it's certainly something we will be watching.

Duke and Florida continue to talk to Ford but right now he said he's solid to Tennessee and doesn't see himself flipping or ending up anywhere else but Tennessee.

Yeah I know Duke and Cutcliffe are a good story but they aren't going to win recruiting battles against us.

Coach Strip is going to love this guy. Very advanced hand technique. That's about 3yrs worth of coaching already in the bag. :) Ford's swim move is pretty sick.

I really think Ford is going to open a lot of eyes at practice and in the game this week jmo. I think he will shine in this setting. Excited about his potential.

People have said if he does well at this event then he could get a pretty nice bump in the final rankings. The rankings don't matter but him being recognized more is good because he is not a 3 star talent IMO.

He will get a bump soon!

He is Impressing a lot of of the coaches at the UA event. He's not getting a lot of press because of his low rankings but again he is impressing the coaches. That's what matters

Question: Paul, Do you think Ford has a legitimate chance to get bumped to a 4*?

Answer: If he continues to play this way and has a good showing in the game he has a very good chance.

Sounds like Ford has been a speed rushing beast. Got love his upside with him being a year younger than most there and plenty of room to grow in the weight room.
