Several things aligning together. We were in on a JUCO lineman and all of a sudden told him not to even bother visiting. Add in the consistent VQ “in good shape” lingo and the tea leaves point to UT as the destination.

I like the strengthening of rules to include kids that have charges of sexual assault or domestic violence out of Highschool. I think it sets a presidence.
